[N3] トウキョウタワー

This story was published on Tongari Books – a site by Kazuhiko Endo that publishes fiction in easy Japanese to read in your browser. In トウキョウタワー Masashi tells his daughter Sakura the story of how he left his village to study painting in Tokyo.

I was a bit confused at the beginning when the perspective shifted from Sakura to Masashi. However, the rest of the story reads well and is also very wholesome!

All kanji have provided furigana, which always helps reading longer texts. Furthermore, because you can read this story in your browser, you are able to use an add-on like rikaikun oder 10ten to look up words faster.

You can read the entire story here: https://tongari-books.blogspot.com/2020/03/blog-post_26.html

Length: ca. 3000 characters
