This report on a trip to Japan takes you to Osaka, Shizuoka and Tokio. It was written by Tabata-Sandom Mitsue for the website Yomimono Ippai.
Besides the locations in the cities, you will learn a lot about Japanese food in here. You will encounter names of dishes and some places where food can be ordered. Various pictures are helping connecting this vocabulary.
I would have liked more information on the places visited, to be honest. There was hardly any information on Shizuoka for example. Also in Tokyo, I was waiting for the title picture of kaminari-mon and unfortunately the author doesn’t write about visiting Asakusa at all.
