This is a short story by Jun, published as part of the ショートショート texts on bookwalker. It consists of a dialog between teacher and student, discussing the subjects of happiness, money and parental love.
I really liked the philosophical approach of this short story. By asking questions, the teacher lets his student work out the lesson for himself.
Because this is a dialog, I found it rather easy to read on N2 level, even though this text is not intended for learners. It does not have furigana, but the vocabulary used is not too complicated.
